The code of conduct is not written in stone, multiplayer games always treat others nicely and are never jerks. They also welcome new comers (sarcasm), so you are going to get rid of multi-player games with chat too.  Are you telling me that scammers and phishers are not a problem with xbox. I had my email hacked just so someone could send out spam mail. Scammers and phishers will always be a problem, as jerks are. Are you saying that a majority of people would use a trading service for stealing. So you are punishing the majority for the actions of the few. Seems like you just don't want to do it for whatever reasons because it would just take a little more effort for you. Are you really that lazy?  How would you be profiting if you never used the game and kept it as a gift, therefore it is still new, and gave it to someone or traded with someone with what you both thought was a fair trade. Maybe once someone trades something there should be a 7-10 day period where the trade has to be approved and legit. Lastly who said letting other people access your account, because that should always be against code of conducts. The terms of use are a very vague legal subject. Since you bought something it should be yours, because I didn't realize I was just buying a license to use the game, I thought I owned it especially if I bought the physical game. But if you made sure the dlc or dl game was never used, doesn't that person have the right to gift it or trade it.

As for making it easier for hackers, don't you have the security technology to protect against many of these threats. I remember hearing about a glitch on a website that allowed people to keep getting free MSPs. You eventually caught on and found out which of the MSPs were fraudulent. I think it is funny how people think because something is in the terms of use that the company can say whatever they want and get away with it. The thing is that there are some things that make a contract valid, and one of them is if the contract has something illegal in it, it is void.

How is it region restricted or against the terms of use to use your MSPs for Netflix and/or upgrading your account to xbox gold. How would it be fair and ethical for us not to use our MSPs or xbox live gold accounts on the next gen xbox.
